Ashok started Sataware Technologies and still leads it today. The company's work covers custom software, mobile app development, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI. Power BI Agency is the part of Sataware that works only on Power BI. So it runs under his leadership, like the rest of the business.
That mix shapes how we work on reports. For example, a report may depend on Business Central or on software the company built. In that case, the people who know that system work in the same company as our Power BI consultants.
Power BI at Sataware Technologies
Power BI is the part of that work this site is about. Our consultants build dashboards, data models and training for teams that run on Microsoft data. They also build reports on Dynamics 365, Business Central and Power Platform data.
Above all, the work stays with the client. It happens inside each client's own Microsoft tenant, so the reports and models belong to them. In addition, the same consultants stay on a project from scoping to handover.
How a Power BI project runs at Sataware
Every project starts with a written scope. After that, the client sees working reports every week, not slides about them. At the end, the team hands over documentation and training, so the client can run the reports without us.
Some reports have to sit inside a client's own app or customer portal. In those cases, our consultants build them with Sataware's engineering team. Row-level security then makes sure each customer sees only their own data.
Finally, Power BI Agency resells no licenses. As a result, our advice on Pro, Premium Per User or capacity stays impartial. We are also independent and not part of Microsoft.
