Power BI Agency is a division of Sataware Technologies and runs powerbiagency.com. These terms of service cover your use of the site, and by using it, you accept them. However, they do not cover paid work. Instead, a separate written proposal or agreement sets out each engagement, and that document governs the work.

You may read, share and link to the pages on this website. However, please do not copy the site's design, text or images for your own commercial use. Likewise, do not try to break into or overload the site, or use the inquiry forms to send spam or anything unlawful.

The pages describe our services and Power BI in general terms. As such, they are not advice for your particular situation. In addition, product details such as Microsoft licensing change over time. So please confirm anything important with us or with Microsoft before you rely on it.
How do inquiries, quotes and paid work fit in?
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract. Instead, a written proposal sets out scope, deliverables and fees, and work starts only once both sides have agreed to it in writing. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement wins.
Cookies, ads and your data
Our privacy policy explains what the inquiry forms collect and how our own visit analytics work. It also covers the Google and Microsoft ad tags, which load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change that choice at any time from the privacy policy page.
Many pages link to Microsoft Learn for product facts. We point there because Microsoft keeps that material current, and we do not copy it. Finally, Power BI Agency resells no Microsoft licenses, so these terms never cover a license purchase.
Trademarks
Power BI Agency is an independent consultancy. It is not part of Microsoft, and Microsoft does not endorse or sponsor it. Microsoft, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Excel and Azure are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. We use them here only to describe the products we work with.
