Power BI Agency is a division of Sataware Technologies, and this privacy policy explains what happens to the information you share on powerbiagency.com. Sataware Technologies is responsible for the personal information described here. In short, we collect what you type into our forms, a few technical details, and the visit data described below.

What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the fields you fill in. These are usually your name, work email, phone number, company and message. We also get any options you pick, such as the service you want. On top of that, we record the page you sent it from, your IP address and the time.
This website never asks for payment details, government IDs or health information. Please leave them out of your message.
Our own visit analytics
Our own script, /sw-visit.js, measures page visits. It notes which pages you open, how long they stay open and how far you scroll. It also notes which contact links, buttons and forms you use. The data goes only to Sataware Technologies.
This script does not set a cookie. Instead, it keeps a random visit ID in your browser's storage to link the pages of one visit. It never records what you type into a form. When your browser asks sites not to track you, it sends nothing.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, page and browser type. We use them to keep the site running and secure. We serve the fonts and images from our own server too.
Advertising and analytics tags
When we run ads, we use Google Ads, Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising to see which ads bring inquiries. These tags load only after you click Accept in our cookie banner. Before that, Google Consent Mode v2 and Microsoft UET consent mode start as denied.
If you click Reject, the tags stay off and set nothing on your device. We keep your choice in your browser's local storage, so the banner does not ask again on every page.
After you accept, the tags count a conversion when you send the inquiry form, reach our thank-you page or tap a phone link. Google and Microsoft then handle that data under their own privacy statements, linked below.
Change your cookie choice
You can change your mind at any time. Open Cookie settings to accept or reject again. You can also read how Google and Microsoft treat the data their tags collect.
Why we use your information
We use an inquiry to reply to you. We also use it to prepare the assessment, proposal or quote you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Nobody buys or rents your information from us. Nor do we add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who sees it
We email each inquiry to the Sataware Technologies team that handles new work. A copy also stays in a log on our web server that the public web cannot reach. Our hosting and email providers process it for us, so they can deliver and store it.
We share it with anyone else only when the law requires it or when you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry while it helps the conversation you started and while our business records need it. After that, we delete it. We also delete it sooner if you ask.
