How do Power BI consulting services start?
They start with a free thirty minute assessment call. You describe the problem and share a sample report if you can. Afterwards we send a written scope that lists the work and the sources involved. We bill nothing until you approve that scope, so the first step carries no risk for you.
Are Power BI consulting services delivered remotely?
The work is remote. We work with clients through screen sharing and Microsoft Teams, so the work is delivered online. Because all the work sits inside your own tenant, a consultant needs only a guest account or a named license. Therefore we work through accounts you control and do not copy data to our own systems.
Do you sell Power BI licenses as part of consulting?
No. We do not resell licenses, so our advice on Pro, Premium Per User or Fabric capacity does not depend on a sale. Instead we explain which option fits the way you share reports. You then buy directly from Microsoft or through the partner you already use.
Who does the consulting work?
Our consultants do the work. We are a small team, a division of Sataware Technologies, and we are independent of Microsoft. The person you meet on the assessment call stays involved through delivery. As a result, you do not explain your business twice or meet a junior after the contract starts.
What happens after a consulting project ends?
You keep everything. The reports, the model and the notes all sit in your tenant, so there is no lock-in. Further pages or a monthly check stay optional, and the choice is yours. Otherwise your own team carries on with the documentation we leave behind.
